TASTING NOTES
Nose: Subtle smoky aroma of cooked maguey; fine notes of oak from the barrel and delicate aromas of citrus, vanilla, cocoa, tobacco, and toasted coffee.
Appearance: Bright amber color with golden glints, of medium legs.
Taste: Clear expression of maguey espadín flavor, subtle notes of maple from American oak, vanilla, cocoa, tobacco, and toasted coffee. Persistent and warm with a delicate medium aftertaste on the palate.
Pairing: Ideal as a digestif, perfect with grilled meats, chocolate and coffee-based desserts, nut gelato, a good companion to a medium-strength cigar.
